If I haven't done so already I wanted to thank you for your guidance on repairing my Graber vertical blind.  I cannot tell you the kind of misinformation and runaround that I got from Home Depot.  I wasted over a year with this blind not working after I had paid Home Depot to do ALL the window coverings on my house.  It was mostly incompetence.  The latest thing they had me doing was buying a Bali headrail to replace my Graber which of course is a lot cheaper product, works differently and would have actually required a lot more work on my part.  And since I was recovering from major surgery the salesperson suggested that I give the installer a call and that he would probably help me out.  Well he did not even return my phone calls even after he knew that I was recovering from a heart attack. Amazing!  
Anyway, this email was not intended to complain about Home Depot, but to thank and commend you for going the extra mile with not much financial incentive.  Congratulations.  Oh, and buy the way.  The blind works perfectly!!!!!
